With appropriate approvals, the company may reimburse you in part for tuition costs associated with business-related undergraduate degrees and job-related graduate degrees taken through accredited educational institutions. The company may also reimburse you for specific pre-approved job-related courses that are not taken toward completion of a specific degree program.

Degree programs and courses include but are not limited to:

• Accounting/Finance/Economics
• Actuarial Science
• Business/Business Administration
• Business Communications
• Information Technology/Management Information Systems, etc.
• Insurance
• Marketing/Management/Organizational Leadership

Course work toward another degree may also be approved that specifically relates to your current job, e.g., a degree in art pursued by an associate working in the Marketing Communications Department.
